What is the best way to get the right amount of vitamins needed from proper growth and development?
alexdok [17]
Hello!

Our bodies needs lots of nutrients. The more the merrier! All of these things are a great way to get nutrients into your body. So why not try all of them? Don’t just rely on the multi vitamins though. It is better for our body to get natural nutrients, but multi vitamins aren’t bad. I would recommend them! Your body needs all vitamins, including water soluble vitamins. This leads us to all of these choices.

Hope this helps!
