1.) Your mental/emotional health, physical health and social well-being. You could strengthen your mental and emotional health by avoiding self-criticism, taking care of your body, give yourself time, surround yourself with good people, or take classes on stress management. To strengthen your physical health you could work out, eat right, and stay hydrated. Lastly, your social well-being can be strengthened by making friends, joining support groups, getting out, jointing clubs, etc.

2.) The 5 stages of grief Tyler could be experiencing are: denial and isolation, anger, bargaining, depression, and ultimately acceptance. You can support Tyler by offering help, understand his grief, let him know you’re there to listen, and be present with him after or during the funeral.

3.) The Yerkes-Dodson law is people that create a relationship between arousal and performance. Brittany could start experiencing stress on her cognitive processing, memory, and problem-solving, making it harder to achieve what she wanted to originally.

Answer:

she should keep her stress at a moderate level

Explanation:

the Yerkes-Dodson Law is a relationship between pressure and performance, moderate stress is generally best, but when stress gets very high or very low, performance tends to suffer; therefore She should try and keep her stress at a moderate level , so that she doesn’t second-guess herself on her test.but she sould not become too stressed out about it because her preformance will decreace.but she should not let her stress level drop too low.
