Answer:
to study earth's past climate
This is an overview of translation process.
Translation is the process in protein synthesis in which the genetic information encoded in mRNA is translated into sequence of amino acid in polypeptide chain.
Ribosomes bind to mRNA in the cytoplasm and move along the molecule in a 5 prime to 3 prime directon until it reaches a start codon i.e AUG. Anticodons on tRNA molecules align opposite appropriate codons according to complementary base pairing (e.g. AUG = UAC). Each tRNA molecule carries a specific amino acid (according to the genetic code)
. Ribosomes catalyse the formation of peptide bonds between adjacent amino acids (via condensation reactions)
. The ribosome moves along the mRNA molecule synthesising a polypeptide chain until it reaches a stop codon
. At this point translation ceases and the polypeptide chain is released
Answer:
I believe that climate change is one of the most serious problems of young generations. At the current pace of greenhouse gas production global warming will increase exponentially, which will result in rising sea levels, certain animal species going extinct. Deforestation also severely adds to this problem as wood is a finite resource on Earth and the more trees we destroy the less oxygen there is relative to the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. This will continue to weaken the ozone layer which could result in catastrophe from sun flares or radiation. I do believe that in the near future drastic measures will be taken to prevent these events.
Explanation:
Answer:
Differences in air pressure, due to differences in elevation, trigger the development of different types of caterpillars.
Explanation:
A hypothesis can be described as a tentative statement which can either be supported by evidence from experiments or it can be discarded if the results of an experiment do not support a hypothesis.
In the scenario, mentioned in the question, the air pressure had nothing to do with the different type of caterpillars being formed neither was it the focus of the experiment. Hence, the above mentioned hypothesis will not be supported by the experiments.
The correct answer answer of this question is option B. The first sentence shows that Mrs. White did not believe in the talisman's power. She compared it to 'Arabian Nights" which is a popular book with a collection of folk tales. She also wished for something impossible as shown in the second sentence.
