Why can't art be defined

Answer:

Art can't be defined in a simple term because every person, religion, philosopher, artist and other define art as the way the see fit. so it's difficult to narrow it to just one defnition. For example I cand define art as a beautiful master piece that reflects a person identity or soul, but others may not agree with my defnition.

Art is subjective, and everyone has to create his or her own definition.
