I can't give you a speech, but I did a paper on El Niño. Some I dead can be how and where it affects the Pacific, or even the Atlantic (Pacific is better). Also, you can write about how it got named El <span>Niño. Add in if it makes the pacific (or Atlantic) colder or warmer and how. </span><span />
