What do you think of this quote by Leo Killsback, a citizen of the Northern Cheyenne Nation?

Answer:

I agree.

Explanation:

Indigenous Peoples Day is used to celebrate the values of equality, prosperity, respect for land and respect for life, which indigenous people actually implement in their communities and respect as part of their cultures. Although many of these values are adopted as American values, we know that in practice they are not so present in the population and are not even celebrated, in fact, as indigenous people do. So yes, we can agree with the quote from Leo Killsback.

The day of indigenous peoples is also held to remember European violence and the attempt to exploit them, enslave and suppress them.

Read the excerpt from the foreword of a book by Harvey Johnson.
aliina [53]

Answer:

A. They describe the attributes of Caldwell, Colorado.

Explanation:

Now, first thing to distinguish here is that we need to analyze only this excerpt and its content.

We see that the book itself is about history of Caldwell, however the excerpt doesn't deal with that.

It only shows the town's location, river passing by and rich plant and wildlife.

From that, it can be inferred that Caldwell is a town with beautifull surrounding and natural attributes.
