Read the paragraph. [1] Joe and Mike were curious boys. [2] One day they noticed a large green caterpillar crawling on an apple

tree twig. [3] They cut the twig from the tree and put it and the caterpillar in a large glass container. [4] After filling the bottom of the container with leaves from the same tree, they covered the jar with a plastic lid, which had holes in it. [5] For several days they watched as the caterpillar ate fresh leaves and crawled back and forth on the twig. [6] One day they noticed the caterpillar was carefully wrapping itself in a silky cocoon. [7] The boys waited many months for the caterpillar to wake up. [8] Early in June, their wish came true. [9] A big, beautiful, orange and brown moth had dried its wings and laid eggs on the twig. [10] The happy, excited boys had seen the life cycle of a moth. What is the topic sentence?

What is 348,000,000,000,000 estimated as the product of a single digit and a power of 10?
jeka57 [31]
This question is asking u to convert the number into scientific notation. pretend there's a decimal behind the last zero. move that decimal in between 3 and 4. and count how many digits u went. it's 14. so 3.48 X 10^14
so verbally it's three and forty-eight thousandths times 10 to the fourteenth power. <span />

Symbolism about verity in code name verity
omeli [17]

Answer:

Explanation:

Planes are symbolic of Maddie’s abilities and the heights (metaphorical and literal) that she is able to reach when she is not held back by gender stereotypes. Maddie’s affinity with planes changes her life in many ways beginning with the chance to learn how to fix their engines and train for her pilot’s license through her connections with Dympna Wythenshawe. These experiences ensure that Maddie is able to do all sorts of things that women were not supposed to be involved with during the war including flying Queenie to France and becoming involved with the efforts of the French resistance.

Hope this helped you!
