1.-You have to think about the daily life of the client, and make a list of his activities, principally with the questions “What things he/she does in the day?” and “What things he/she almost never does?” and you have to use 6 reflexive verbs.
(examples of reflexive verbs) —-> “Yo me baño”<- (I take a shower) . “el se peina”<- (He brush his hair). “ella corre”<- (She runs).
2.- Then you have to think an illness that the client has, and answer the questions =
-What are the symptoms?
-How long have he/she had the disease?
-What are the treatments?
3.- you have to choose what questions the medic is going to make to the client about his disease, like “do you exercise in the week?”
4.- You just have to think a start of a conversation of the medic and the client.

(P) -Si normalmente hago ejercicio 3 veces a la semana
(M) -Vale, ha tenido algún síntoma estos días?
(P) -No he podido respirar muy bien, tampoco he podido dormir mucho y me duele el pecho,
(M) -Ya veo, ha tenido algún contacto con mascotas últimamente?
(P) -De hecho si, el otro día visite a una amiga, y tenía un gato,
(M) -Ok, no se preocupe, es muy normal que a las personas que padecen asma tengan reacciones con estas mascotas, inclusive con el polvo o el polen,
(M) -Le recomendaría también que si no la tiene ya, aplique la vacuna contra la influenza, ya que estas infecciones respiratorias puede desencadenar ataques de asma,
(M) -Pero bueno, antes de nada le daré estos medicamentos para controlar esto, [le da lista de medicamentos entre los cuales están Flovent HVA, Montelukast (Singulair), etc.], recuerde tomar estos medicamentos cada día a estas horas.
(P) -Entendido doctor, muchas gracias por la consulta!.
