what I am implying is that if you're with someone or feel comfortable talking to someone about your problem it's better to talk about them to the person you truly believe could give the best advice. But i wouldn't really recommend getting over it by yourself it's also a great way to learn from the situation you're dealing with and overcome the problem yourself by learning the contexts of the situation and knowing who's right and who's wrong
