His effect was making Germany more powerful like building up the military and getting it ready for WWII and invading Poland and breaking several agreements with USSR. He also affected 11 million people who were part of the Final Solution and his plan to racial cleanse the world killing Jews, gays, disabled ect. He brought unity to Germany but also beought great destruction to everyone else.
