personally, i think it's bad to hold a grudge. holding a grudge can be difficult if the person has apologized and has tried to make up for what they've done. but i could see why they hold grudges, because they're hurt and don't want to associate with the person that wronged them. but if somebody has wronged me and apologized, I'll take a couple of days to consider what they said, then i will more than likely forgive them.
