TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION:

What makes more sense would be *CULTURAL VALUES*.

Since *International Trade* wouldn’t make sense because if we’d be talking about items surrounding both sides are different, then that wouldn’t really have much of an impact as CULTURAL VALUES.

Isolation doesn’t make more sense than CULTURAL VALUES, since language among 2 sides wouldn’t effect THEIR OWN people and how they would communicate with. Unless you would bring the 2 together to create or improve the language as a whole.

Globalization (from Oxford Languages Dictionary): “the process by which businesses or other organizations develop international influence or start operating on an international scale.” Now this could be on par with CULTURAL VALUES, BUT check this out.
Cultural Values: “are personal preferences that remain relatively stable over time. Understanding your own preferences and learning about the typical preferences of others can help you anticipate possible similarities and differences in ways people approach life and work.”

Religious Differences: “significant differences in religious belief and practice”

PLEASE READ!
IN CONCLUSION: I would choose CULTURAL VALUES, since it makes more sense to me.

If you don’t agree with my answer, I think the second best answer would be GLOBALIZATION. I tried my best!

Answer (that I think is best btw): CULTURAL VALUES

news article is: your next job interview might be with a robot. what is the main idea of this article?
IRISSAK [1]

The main idea of this article is that robots will take over human jobs in the future.

As we know, technology has taken over 90% of the jobs humans used to do. Robots and artificial intelligence are part of humanity's ongoing drive towards greater productivity and innovation. If this trend continues, more and more jobs previously done by humans would be replaced by robots, especially hard, manual jobs that requires physical strength.

All the same, robots with advanced intelligence are being used in medicine already. There may come a time when they would be able to hold a leading position in a business, a company or an enterprise. This would be saving on human resources, wages and social benefits. But it would also mean a loss of many jobs carried out by humans.

If your next job interview is with a robot, you'd probably live in a time an area where automatic and artificial bosses are commonplace, and you should be lucky to be offered a human-performed job at all.
