The guy on top of me is right so 20% of 2100 is 420
So the tax is $420
Then 2100-420= 1680
So he has $1680 left after paying the tax. u can just do 20% x 2100 then 2100-420= 1680 which is basically what he said

AlladinOne [14]

Answer: OPTION B.

Step-by-step explanation:

By definition, the slope equals the Rise divided by the Run; then, the slope can be found using the following formula:

Slope=\frac{Rise}{Run}

Where "Rise" is the vertical change between two points  and "Run" is the horizontal change between those two points.

In this case you can identify in the figure that:

Rise=3\\\\Run=10

Knowing these values, you can substitute them into the formula.

Through this procedure you get that the slope of the ramp is:

Slope=\frac{3}{10}

Mr. Fuller paid $1,800 worth of income tax. His income tax was $11,250. What was his income tax rate?
Radda [10]

Answer:

The rate of income tax applied on Mr. Fuller income is 16 % .

Step-by-step explanation:

Given as :

The total Income of Mr. Fuller = $ 11,250

The total income tax paid by him = $ 1,800

Let The rate of income tax = r %

Now, According to question

The rate of income tax × The total Income of Mr. Fuller = The total income tax paid by him

Or, r % × $ 11,250 = $ 1,800

Or, \frac{r}{100}  × $ 11,250 = $ 1,800

or, \frac{r}{100} = \frac{1800}{11250}

Or, r = 0.16 × 100

∴   r = 16 %

So, rate of income tax = r = 16 %

Hence The rate of income tax applied on Mr. Fuller income is 16 % . Answer
