Answer:

Barry was envious of Frank. Frank was one of the best students Texas High had ever seen. Basketball, mathematics, and literature were all things Frank excelled at greatly. Frank dated the prom queen and still kept close ties with all of the cheerleaders. Frank was a leader at Texas High and was one of the brightest students in the history of the school.

Barry was ugly. Barry was a nerd who had the social faculties of a child. His freckled face and double chin repulsed anyone who looked his way. He was bright, but only because of the jealousy that drove him to work hard. Barry was the number two student at Texas High but was miles behind Frank in all aspects of life. This fact alone drove Larry to the brink, and he could not live in the shadow anymore. Barry decided Frank had to be brought down a peg.

Barry’s best friend, or lackey, as some would consider, was head of the student safety squad at Florida High. Mugsy, Barry’s lackey, had a lot of control over the halls when teachers were busy teaching or taking breaks. The halls belonged to Mugsy periods 3-6, and everyone knew it. This is why Mugsy could plant cocaine in Frank’s locker. This is why Barry paid Mugsy 50 dollars to do it. This is why Mugsy left the anonymous tip to principle Bowlder. And this is why Frank was arrested, expelled, and sent to juvenile hall for drug dealing charges.

Plessy v. Ferguson, 163 US 537 (1896) was a landmark constitutional law case of the US Supreme Court decided in 1896. It upheld state racial segregation laws for public facilities under the doctrine of "separate but equal".[1] The decision was handed down by a vote of 7 to 1 with the majority opinion written by Justice Henry Billings Brown and the dissent written by Justice John Marshall Harlan.

"Separate but equal" remained standard doctrine in U.S. law until its repudiation in the 1954 Supreme Court decision Brown v. Board of Education.[
