Answer:

$4.21

Step-by-step explanation:

Discount = Original Price x Discount %/100

Discount = 4.9 × 14/100

Discount = 4.9 x 0.14

You save = $0.69

Final Price = Original Price - Discount

Final Price = 4.9 - 0.686

Final Price = $4.21

I solved this by hand first, then cymath, then Wolfram alpha. we all agree the solution to the equation involved is x=-3 however -3 is not a multiple of 6. if you plug it in you get a solution of 24 but I don't consider this to be a valid question.

How many solutions in 3(6x-2) = 2(9x-3)
Andreyy89

Answer:

Infinite solutions

Step-by-step explanation:

Distribute the numbers

3(6x-2) = 18x - 6

2(9x-3) = 18x - 6

18x - 6 = 18 - 6

Since both sides of the equal sign are the same, that means you can plug any number into x, and it will always be a valid answer.
