Both Radioactive dating of rocks retrieved from the world and Comparing cratering rates on one world to those on another.

Geologists can find the relative age of impact craters on a world because
the ones on top must be younger.
Scientists know the history of Earth's magnetic field because the magnetic field gets frozen into rocks, and plate tectonics spreads them out.

Hope it helps

List additional examples of countries separated by physical, geometric, or ethnic boundaries (on the chart below).
patriot [66]

Answer:

Borders are imaginary lines that divide a nation, state, province or city from others. These dividing lines can be taken from geographic features, such as rivers, seas, lakes, mountains, etc .; or in geometric form, using lines as meridians and parallels; or for ethnic reasons, dividing populations based on languages, ethnic origin, etc.

Examples of each of these types of border are:

-Natural border between Argentina and Chile along the Andes Mountains, taking as the dividing line the highest point of the same.

-Geometric border between America and Canada on the west coast, taking the line of parallel 49 as division.

-Ethnic border between Pakistan and India, dividing both nations according to concepts of Islamic or Hindu religious affiliation.

Process of Science: Explaining the Motions of Planets. To ancient astronomers, the motions of the Sun, the Moon, and the stars s
Sedbober [7]

Answer:

Geocentric Model: - this model is Earth Centered

-Retrograde motion is explained by epicycles

Heliocentric Model: - This model is Sun Centered

-Retrograde motion is explained by the orbital speeds of planets

Both models:- Epicycles and deferents help explain planetary motion

-Planets move in circular orbits and with uniform motion

-The brightness of a planet increases when the planet is closest to Earth

Explanation:

Retrograde motion is an apparent change in the movement of the planet through the sky. Ptolemy's model of the solar systems was geocentric, where the Sun, Moon, planets and start all orbit the Earth in perfectly circular orbits. However this perfectly circular orbits around the Earth did not explain the occasional retrograde motion of the planets. In the Copernicus' heliocentric model, retrograde motion of planets is naturally explained. The explanation for retrograde motion in a heliocentric model is that retrograde occurs roughly when a faster moving planet catches up to and passes a slower moving planet.

katrin2010 [14]

Answer: The process of reducing or removing minerals from water is called desalination.

Explanation:

The most commonly involved in this process is seawater, which by its nature contains large amounts of salt. This process makes it possible to remove salt from the water and obtain drinking water. The coastal and island regions often have great difficulty in supplying drinking and process water. As a result, permanent or occasional shortages of water and all the resulting consequences are becoming increasingly frequent.

Furthermore, in the future, due to a possible lack of water, this process could be crucial in supplying humanity with drinking water. Today, some countries (such as Saudi Arabia) that have a water scarcity problem are actively using this technique to supplement the required quantities of water.
