Answer:

when you're eating healthy you are giving your body the nutrition it  needs. If you are only eating lets say junk food you could start gaining weight and not muscle  weight fatty weight.  If you don't eat healthy you will also not get as much energy which will make things such as working out hard for you. Examples of ways to eat healthy are everytime or sometimes when you have a unhealthy food maybe eat something healthy, you should also have a vegetable or fruit with every meal. Fast food isn't very healthy but if you don't over eat when it comes to unhealthy food and you try to eat healthy most times then it's fine if once in awhile you treat yourself to some fast food.
