The correct answer is B) The Supreme Court has the power to determine if laws are constitutional.

The statement that describes the concept of judicial review is "The Supreme Court has the power to determine if laws are constitutional."

The power that the Courts of the United States have to analyze the decisions and actions of the executive branch, the House of Representants and the Senate, is called Judicial Review. This Judicial Review reviews if those actions and decisions are consistent with what the US Constitution states. If the court realizes that ono of those actions are not consistent with the US Constitution, it is declared unconstitutional and is not valid.

Explain how militarism and nationalism helped cause world war 1?
Sati [7]
Nationalism was a huge cause of World War 1. Nationalism meant that a country was very proud and wanted to be the best which leads to greed, false hopes, and aggression. Militarism was also a big part because countries were part of an arms race to have the biggest and strongest navy and military.

For example, Great Britain had the biggest and most powerful navy but Germany had the intention to build a bigger navy which Great Britain felt very threatened by. This all built tensions between countries and helped spark World War 1.

The correct answer is a. It convinced Americans that the war wasn't nearly over.

American citizens were led to believe that the communists were losing the war and that everything would end soon. This offensive showed everyone how complex and difficult the situation was and in turn led to loss of support for the war effort by the public.
