Answer:

The usual answer would be to warn them about the dangers and the harm it would do. But. We can also give them activities which would slowly make them aware of the harm. Or we could give them assignments in school, where they have to write a report about what kind of feeling a specific drug gives them. And the consequences it has on the brain, the monetary burden it will bring etc.
