Invasion games are team games where the purpose is to:

  • invade the opponent’s territory or zone to score goals or points;
  • protect your own territory to prevent the opposition from scoring goals or points.

They are played within a certain period of time, with an equal number of players on each team. Invasion games are usually fast-paced, and focus on teamwork,
keeping possession, attacking, and defending.

"This and more I sat divining, with my head at ease reclining, on the cushions velvet lining" from "The Raven" contains
iren2701 [21]

The literal device contained above is an internal rhyme.

An internal rhyme refers to when there is a rhyme within a sentence or phrase rather than across different sentences. For instance, "I missed the mark on the tree bark". The words, "mark" and "bark" rhyme but are in the same sentence.

In the sentence above, the words, "divining," "reclining," and "lining" all rhyme and yet are in the same sentence which means that this is an internal rhyme.

What 3 things stood out to you in romeo and juliet the most and why?
umka2103 [35]

Answer:

1.)The fact that even though their love was forbidden they still found a way to be with each other. That stuck out to me because no matter what was in their way the love they had for each other was always stronger than what they had to overcome

2.) Instead of talking to each other to figure things out they both ended up dying due to lack of communication. That stuck out to me because the ending couldve have been so different if they had talked things out before they acted on them.

3.) Romeo and juliet risked everything their families, lovers, friends. They had no problem throwing those things away for each other their commitment to each other was so strong. That stuck out to me because now adays not everyone is willing to drop everything for the one person they love.

Explanation: rewrite it however u want or choose completely different ones its up to u :)
