Well, I've been in a situation like this but it was with a friend who liked the person who needed advice. I think giving them advice that you truly think will help the person is the best way to go. It may hurt alittle that you see someone you like go to another person, but if you truly love them, whatever desicion they make should be enough. (Bonus, if your crush doesn't end up with that person, you now have an opportunity with them!)
