If someone is stingy,they are greedy/heartless and will not give no matter what.

You:I need help with (Insert whatever here) but I need (something else to go here,can you help?
The Opposing person:Of course not,I don't give anything to anybody,not even if they give to me,I'm not a giving person,i'm stingy and greedy,so move along (Of course they won't say it in exact words but it's similar)
