We can complete the sentences with the following verbs and classify them as transitive or intransitive in the following manner:

 1. to obtain - transitive
 2. profited - intransitive
 3. uploaded - transitive
 4. graduated - intransitive
 5. launched - transitive

Definition of transitive and intransitive verbs

 • Transitive verbs have an object, that is, a noun or phrase that is affected by the action indicated by the verb. Intransitive verbs, on the other hand, do not have an object.
 • Take a look at the examples below:
 1. She showed me her new car.
 2. They laughed.
 • In the first sentence, the verb "show" has two objects, "me" and "new car". Both are affected by the action. Just ask, "She showed what?" She showed someone something.
 • In the second sentence, there is no object. If you ask, "They laughed what?", you will have no answer. The question wouldn't even make sense.

ENGLISH QUESTION WILL GIVE 100 POINTS
djyliett [7]

Answer:

D.

Explanation:

Not A cause the whole thing isn't about her knowing the time it's about her anticipation.

Not B cause nowhere does it mention her using her sense of smell.

So D or C..

In my opinion I'd put D. The paragraph is kinda laid back and it doesn't present that feelings of anticipation and wondering what gonna happen. Jenna doesn't seem as excited as she should be to see that list and even when she does the words make it seem like it's not a big deal to her.
