Since you begging with using tu you want to continue using tu. Votre is a form of vous it can be used for you in a polite form but since you started with tu in the sentence you should continue and use ta instead of votre. So it would be. Tu te brosses les dents avec ta brosse à dents.
I'm not sure if there is a proper way because there are many ways to do it, but I would say "comment ça va" because that's how people non- natives are usually taught it
