Hello there,
Required amount of money= $75
Savings= $32
Needed= $75 - $32
             = $43
Earnings/ hr= $12
The highest possible number, nearest to $43 is $48
So 12 x 4 = 48
Thus, Ron needs to work for 4 hrs to have enough for the trip

Hope this helps :))

3x-x-5=2(x+2) -9
please help
irga5000 [103]

Answer:

infinite solutions

Step-by-step explanation:

Simplify 3x-x-53x−x−5 to 2x-52x−5.

2x-5=2(x+2)-92x−5=2(x+2)−9

2 Expand.

2x-5=2x+4-92x−5=2x+4−9

3 Simplify 2x+4-92x+4−9 to 2x-52x−5.

2x-5=2x-52x−5=2x−5

4 Since both sides equal, there are infinitely many solutions.

A wheelchair ramp near the door of a building has an incline of 15 degrees and a run of 7.11 m from the door. Calculate the leng
OLga [1]
Angle of elevation is 15 degrees and we're trying to solve for the hypotenuse of the right triangle given the adjacent is 7.11 m.

We could use primary trig ratios to solve - COS.

Let x represent the length of the ramp (hypotenuse)

Cos15= ADJACENT/HYPOTENUSE
Cos15= 7.11/x
x=7.11/cos15
x=7.36 m

Therefore, the ramp is 7.36 m in length.

I hope my answer has come to your help. Thank you for posting your question here in Brainly. We hope to answer more of your questions and inquiries soon. Have a nice day ahead!

A science test, which is worth 100 points, consists of 24 questions. Each question is worth either 3 points or 5 points. If x is
Maksim231197 [3]
X + y = 24....multiply by -3
3x + 5y = 100
---------------
-3x - 3y = - 72 (result of multiplying by -3)
3x + 5y = 100
--------------add
2y = 28
y = 28/2
y = 14

x + y = 24
x + 14 = 24
x = 24 - 14
x = 10

solution is (10,14)...and x represents 3 point q's and y represents 5 point q's......so this tells me there are 10 three point q's and 14 five point q's.

Tim earns $125/week plus $12.50 for each desk he assembles. Write an inequality to represent how many desks he needs assemble to
Ainat [17]
D=26

He already makes 125 a week and you have to take it away because the goal is to get 450 in total

450-125=325

Than you divide it by $12.50 to see how many in total you have to make that will get you to 450

325/12.50=26

so tim has to make 26 desk

d=26.
