1.The silent generation are people that were born between 1924 and 1943. Most of the silent gen.had overbearing parents and were content with holding a steady job. World War II and the GreatDepression of the 1930s held little effect on them but they appreciated the benefits that the economic boom and the era of mass consumption had.
