If your shyness is very bad, you should go to a counselor.

If someone brings up your shyness, stay calm and collected.

The best thing to do when you're fearful is to face it. You'll never get over fear if you never face it.

Make a list of things that cause you worry. You can work out ways to help fix it and avoid them all together.
