It's probably best for you to write one yourself, in a more personal sense but there is a specific rhyme scheme Shakespeare used in his sonnet. That scheme had fourteen lines and the rhyming went like this, (in sense of variables),
ABAB BCBC CDCD EE.
A good example would be something like this:

Some coal (B)
A scene (C)
His role (B)
He's mean (C)
