Answer:

I really liked the ending of the novel 'The Outsiders' by S.E Hinton because firstly i thought it was a very unique way how the author finished the novel the way she started. "When I stepped out into the bright sunlight from the darkness of the movie house, I had only two things on mind: Paul Newman and a ride home...". The second reason why i liked the ending is that Ponyboy didn't get put into a home like he thought he would. Instead, the judge was surprisingly kind and only asked what kind of grades he made at school and if he liked school as well. "All the judge did was ask me if I liked living with Darry, if i liked school, what kind of grades I made, and stuff like that.

How does the setting influence the development of the theme of hope in the afterlife?
wlad13 [49]

The question above does not present the text to which it refers. This makes it impossible for me to provide a specific answer. However, I show you how to find that answer.

To find the answer, you should pay attention to the following information:

  • The setting is the environment, the place where the story takes place.
  • The theme is the message that the text wants to give the reader.

In this case, you should read the text and identify which scenario is presented. After that, you should note which elements shown in the scenario are in harmony with the theme of hope in the afterlife.

It is likely that this setting shows something good and hopeful, which is only achieved after death, as it is not available during life.

Horses from the ranches gallops in the nearby fields. The horses often chase rabbits, squirrels, or possum.
Vikki [24]

Change ''Ranches'' to ''ranch'' and ''gallops'' to ''gallop.''

The complete sentence would be ''Horses from the ranch gallop in the nearby fields.'' If this is is a one choice only question i'd go with changing ''Gallops'' To ''Gallop''. hope this helped
