Answer:

I don't think that the cities should have grown as big as they did. The reason I think this is because the size of them now is making over crowding and pultion problem's. This is a huge health risk and not to mention the poverty rate in large cities which causes crime rate to increase and the killing rate to increase. So to conclude the cities should not have grown to the size that they did for serveral reasons. Including popluation growth, poultion, health risks, and poverty.
