Answer:

The other half of the coordinate is 9

Step-by-step explanation:

Given as :

The points is ( a , 5 )

The line equation is 4 x - 7 y = 1

Now if the given points lies on the given line , then it must satisfy the line equation

So , We have to  put the points on the given line

I. e 4 x - 7 y = 1

And the points as ( x , y ) = ( a , 5 )

So , 4 × a - 7 × 5 = 1

Or, 4 a - 35 = 1

or, 4 a = 1 + 35

Or , 4 a = 36

∴  a = \frac{36}{4}

I.e  a = 9

So, The value of coordinates as ( a , 5 ) is ( 9 , 5 )

Hence The other half of the coordinate is 9  . Answer

Solve for e <br> 9e-7=7e-11
Scilla [17]

Answer:

e = -2

Step-by-step explanation:

9e-7=7e-11

Subtract 7e from both sides

9e-7e -7=7e -7e-11

2e -7 = -11

Add 7 to each side

2e -7+7 = -11+7

2e = -4

Divide each side by 2

2e/2 = -4/2

e =-2

Part A: The answer is PR = 15.23 by Pythagorean Theorem.
The pythagorean theorem is a^2 + b^2 = c^2.
Plug in 14 for a and 6 for b to find c.

Part B: The answer is QR = 7.75.
Using the same theorem, plug 16 in for c, 14 in for a, and then you can find b.
