Ok so..
there are a total of 30 socks.

100% would be 30 socks
50% would be 15 socks and
10% would be 3 socks

so the 50% + 10% = 60%
60% - 18 socks
40% - 12 socks

common ratio - 18:12
simplified: 3:2

There is a greater possibility of getting red socks by 3/2 (also 1 1/2)

But I'm kinda stuck between A. and C.
