Hence, <em>swimming laps are not a form of aerobics</em>. Hence, the Statememt is false.

Swimming is a sport on its own which is performed inside a pool. Water aerobics however are performed in shallow waters and are meant to improve aquatic fitness. Water aerobic routines include ; <em>Water yoga, Zumba and aqua jog</em>.
