God has never entered into our lives, He's the creator of life, and then He created life .

Explanation:

God's purpose in having created humanity, in having caused you to be born, is to produce Himself. God,above all things, is perfect, righteous character! God is able to create character within us; but it must be done as a result of our independent free choice. We,as individual separate entities, have our part in the process.

He believed it did so because brinksmanship policies usually led to the Brink of a war without actually having the war begin, where usually the Soviets would back down first, like a game of chicken. US would be stronger in its foreign policy because others would see that the Soviets were weaker and not prepared to enter a war.
