Joshua has 390 photos. He pasted 6 photos in each page. How many pages does
MariettaO [177]

Answer:

65

Step-by-step explanation:

Joshua has 390 photos, you need to divide that number by the each amount of photos in each page to figure out how many pages he needs to paste all them.

So you'd divide it like. 390 / 6

And that gives you 65.

What is the main cause of tides?
Aleks04 [339]
I'm not exactly sure on this one but please bare with me haha

High tides and low tides are caused by the moon and tides are really all about gravity(hence why all of these answers have gravitational in them). And, when we are talking about "daily tides" it's the moon that causes them.

The moon's gravity draws in various areas of our world as it rotates. Since the moon is just 1/100th the mass of the Earth, it has enough gravity to shift objects about. The ocean on the moon's far side is still trying to bulge out against it. A high tide is what we term this bulge. (Water is easy to move around too)

This is tidal force, and there are differences between high tides and low tides.

After a 35% discount, a book costs $11.21, what is the normal<br> undiscounted price of the book?
9966 [12]

Answer:

The normal undiscounted price of the book is $17.25.

Step-by-step explanation:

This question can be solved using a rule of three.

After a 35% discount, a book costs $11.21

This means that $11.21 is 100-35 = 65% = 0.65 of the original price x.

How much is x, which is 100% = 1?

$11.21 - 0.65

$x - 1

0.65x = 11.21

x = \frac{11.21}{0.65}

x = 17.25

The normal undiscounted price of the book is $17.25.
