What advice would you give to someone who is deprived of sleep?

Answer:

Melatonin really helps. (I am speaking from experience.), but if your not the type to take medicine, try to set a daily sleep schedule. Foresay, to eat dinner at 7 o'clock, and go to bed at 8 or 9. You can also listen to sounds, like zen music to help relax your body. It also helps to meditate or take a bath before you go to sleep.

Listen to sleeping sounds, such as ASMR or raining sounds with music. Drink lots of water and try your best to sleep, or just close your eyes and rest.
