As Lee prepared to invade the North a second time, what are three things he realized?
lisabon 2012 [21]

Answer:

A big win on Union soil would end the war. Morale in the North was at an all-time low. Foreign aid would come if he won there.

Explanation: Lee realized these three major things as he prepared confederate rebels for the second invasion of the Union/Northern states! Although a Confederate victory is unlikely, this what the General was thinking about before this. ~FEEL FREE TO MARK BRAINLIEST~

How would an historian best respond to the comment, "History is simply a series of events in chronological order."
blsea [12.9K]

I believe the answer is: B:True, with fascinating information of who, what, where, why, and possibly some bias and perspective of the writer that we can explore.

In order to examine a historical event, a good historian would always try to see how the scene unfolding from the perspective of all parties involved in the event. Reading the recollection from only one party would most likely provide us with biased information that painted themselves in a positive ways.

Which was NOT a cause of the Protestant Reformation?
zimovet [89]

Answer:

The correct answer is D. good, fair and righteous popes and clergy.

Explanation:

The correct answer is D, because the Reformation started because of the deviant phenomena inside the Catholic church. Corruption and greed were eating the church from the inside and that is why certain people inside the church believed it needed changes.

That is of course why option C is not correct answer.

A and B are also not correct because Protestants believed that people don't need a mediator in their relation to Good.

The occupation of Alcatraz in 1969 finally ended when
noname [10]
On March 21, 1963, USP Alcatraz closed after 29 years of operation. It did not close because of the disappearance of Morris and the Anglins (the decision to close theprison was made long before the three disappeared), but because the institution was too expensive to continue operating.
