Answer: The judicial branch interprets laws, but the Senate in the legislative branch confirms the President's nominations for judicial positions, and Congress can impeach any of those judges and remove them from office. Legislative checks on Judicial by being able to impeach Supreme Court Justices. The Executive Branch checks on Legislative by being able to veto bills. The Executive checks on Judicial by being able to appoint judges.
