Usually a Prime Minister is elected to run the country and a parliament is put in place to also represent the people's needs. A constitution is set in place for the country allowing rights for citizens which the government must protect those rights. Constitutional Monarchies: Britain, Spain, Belgium, Sweden, Jordan, Morocco, Malaysia, and Japan (included smaller city states in Europe and Asia)
