technology affects my daily living in both positive and negative ways. Negative ways is all the diet culture that influences a lot of people and the messages that having fat or being fat is bad, and saying that you need to lose weight aren't helpful. but once you know how to fact check all of that because really they are just trying to sell you stuff you can get through. And the blue light that affects the brain and gets you addicted to the screen can be a con. But some positives are that you can learn a plethora of things on the internet and gain more knowledge for real life. the internet can connect you with so many people.
