What sorts of activities completely drain you? How can they be scheduled so I can maintain a strong, steady work flow?

I think activities that drain you is using electronics all day long. It can seem that your energized but it actually drains ur power when u look at the screen all day. Try getting up more everytime you want to sit on electronics. Just control urself and never give up! Have an amazing day :)
