C. "My knees are killing me," he complained after the run.

A hyperbole is an over exaggeration. The correct answer is "My knees are killing me" because the runners knees aren't actually killing him. They are just painful. The other examples are not hyperbole because nothing is being exaggerated. The friend is being generous. Depending on perspective losing by 50 points may not be so bad. Also, it could be chilly out.

The first step of writing a good paper is to make an outline to organize your ideas.
He should not write down all of his research and organize it because it is unnessecary to rewrite all of his research and unimportant to organize the research. It is most important to write an outline and this is what English teachers are looking for you to understand.

Answer:

Annabel Lee" is the last poem composed by Edgar Allan Poe, one of the foremost figures of American literature. It was written in 1849 and published not long after the author's death in the same year. It features a subject that appears frequently in Poe's writing: the death of a young, beautiful woman. The poem is narrated by Annabel Lee's lover, who forcefully rails against the people—and supernatural beings—who tried to get in the way of their love. Ultimately, the speaker claims that his bond with Annabel Lee was so strong that, even after her death, they are still together.
