In this unit, you studied human personality. One of the things you had to consider is the role human difference plays in the dev
elopment of personality. However, you also had to consider the role of similarity in determining and theorizing about personality. Now, write a 250-word essay in which you argue whether or not you feel it is more important that researchers focus on individual difference or individual similarity
in their study of personality development.
