Medical transcriptionist already have to follow HIPAA guidlines. I don't believe they will be anymore impacted in 10 years than they are today.
Motor oil or house paint is what needs special handling. i just usually throw away batteries. but i think the right answer is motor oil. it can effect the earth or ground water. <span />
