Abraham Baldwin. He himself considered his role to be the greatest public service. Beginning in 1789, he served five consecutive terms in the U.S. House of Representatives (1789-99) and two consecutive terms in the U.S. Senate (1799-1807).
The problem with the Gautreaux Assisted Housing Programs is
that if the participants that are to participate or are going to be participate
with the program are either self selected or they are either randomly chosen by
the person responsible of picking the participants.
