Answer:

The Christian traditions established by the Western Roman Empire continued to thrive in the East.

Explanation:

The insignia shows the effect of the Roman empire on the Christian belief system. This is shown by the general signage of the cross, and of course, the image in the cross - the holy mother Mary. However, the christian traditions established by the Western nations continued to thrive in the east. This was partly due to the movements of the explorers and missionaries. These people brought the religion as taught by the Roman empire. Thus, the eastern side came to embrace the religion.

to what extent was the Red Scare and xenophobia of the 1920's a continuation as well as a change in past cultural practices in A
Katen [24]
The 1920s were a period of dramatic changes. More than half of all Americans now lived in cities and the growing affordability of the automobile made people more mobile than ever. Although the decade was known as the era of the Charleston dance craze, jazz, and flapper fashions, in many respects it was also quite conservative. At the same time as hemlines went up and moral values seemed to decline, the nation saw the end of its open immigration policy, the revival of the Ku Klux Klan, and the trial of a Tennessee high‐school teacher for teaching evolution.
