Food is the basic source of energy and one of the most immediate requirements for day-to-day survival.

2. Drinking Water

You need water to digest your food and get rid of waste. Water is needed for digestive juices, urine (pee), and poop. And you can bet that water is the main ingredient in perspiration, also called sweat. Besides being an important part of the fluids in your body, water is needed by each cell to work.

3. Shelter

The shelter is a basic human need crucial for survival in cases of natural hazards or conflict. Shelter provides security, personal safety, and protection from the weather, and prevents ill health and disease. Adequate housing provides people with dignity and the opportunity to lead a normal life
