Read the excerpt from Act I, scene i of Romeo and Juliet. Yet tell me not, for I have heard it all. Here’s much to do with hate,
leva [86]
I am guessing this is when the first girl he loved, did not love him back. Romeo is a hopeless romantic who feels as if he needs love to survive. But when he falls in love with Juliet, he dies anyway. That is why they are called the "star crossed lovers." Benvolio wanted him to just move on and continue with his life. Saying that there are other women for him. I hope this helps. :/

How does Charles Dickens demonstrate that Oliver Twist had a mysterious background
Allushta [10]

Answer:

Thanks to Charles Dickens’ novel, Oliver Twist, people became more and more aware of the terrible conditions of the workhouses and were outraged by the child labor that fueled their society. As early as 1802 and 1819, Factory Acts were passed to limit the working hours of workhouse children in factories and cotton mills to 12 hours a day.
