Answer:

Depends who is the Quarterback and what team he is on, what coach and staff are with him, and the mechanics, and talent, as well as luck.

Explanation:

We can compare by what QB it is, and if a new qb, then it can be a future star.

Lets give an example

Patrick Mahomes vs Zach Wilson

Mahomes is the Chiefs QB, and we would not be surprised if he would be able to do the 15 perfect passes, because he won an MVP and won a Super Bowl.

Zach Wilson is a rookie qb this year on the Jets. All qbs we have seen make mistakes. If he does the 15 perfect passes, which a rookie could, then watch his stock.

Any other QB as well.

Next. the coach and staff.

Lets do Pats and Rams.

So Mac Jones (a rookie on the Patriots) vs Matt Stafford (Rams new QB)

the Pats Bill Belicheck is a good coach, Josh McDaniels is a good coordinator, and the staff is not bad/.

The Rams have McVay, and Snead. and are not bad either.

Both QBs are good as well. Now the practices and drills. Designed by the Coach and Staff make a difference. Easy obstacles led to easy attempts, but not confident in much difficult obstacles (i.e Matchups)

Jones had a good game vs the Chargers this year and won in LA.

Stafford beat the reigning Super Bowl Champ Bucs this year in LA.

So that makes a difference.

Then the mechanics. The more the practice the more the improvement and adjustments made to help.

Now the talent, and that is different with everyone. So that is a factor.

Now the luck. Luck is another key in sports. Some by toss, while other plays by fluke.

Now under investigation by the league would make official whether someone cheated or not in the league.

hope it helps
