Is there a way to overcome anxiety? I never had anxiety before the pandemic but now i get anxious when im around strangers. How

do i stop doing that?

Answer - try controlling your breathing more often and think positive and happy things dont think about negative things that can increase your anxiety even more

Practice controlled breathing exercises, which are easy to do from the comfort of your home.

One is where you take a few small breaths in and one large breath out. Keep doing this.

Breathing exercises are also relatively easy to find on the internet.
